This unit was pulled from a working environment and is factory defaulted to 192.168.0.10.
Tested to work and is a 2 channel video encoder.

For those looking to purchase the 2nd and 3rd unit, the 2nd unit lacks a connector for pins 1,3. However, if no weigand or RS485 control is needed (PTZ) you're fine. The 3rd unit being sold lacks both green connectors.
