Limited Edition 2004 Kerry Wood Chicago Cubs Bobblehead Forever Collectibles

Limited Edition (436 of 5,000) 2004 Kerry Wood Chicago Cubs bobblehead from Forever Collectibles Legends of the Diamond series in the original box.
I have not removed it from the protective plastic case but I did remove it from the box to retrieve the limited edition number and to get better pictures of the bobblehead.
The bobblehead is Wood in his #34 solid blue jersey and home pinstripe pants posed mid windup.
The base is a Chicago Cubs ticket.
The figurine with base appears to be about 7 1/2 to 8 inches tall.
Great collectible for any Chicago Cubs and Kerry Wood fan!
