This is an early pioneer era 1800s native tobacco or medicine pouch. It comes out of the Wishram area of the lower Columbia river. It has very nice beading on buckskin and is sewn with authentic sinew. There are a couple spots where the stitching is loose as it is very old. Ask me any questions.
