This listing is for TWO (2) MOTLEY CRUE "SIN CLUB" FANCLUB FORMS, plus a BONUS RATT "THE VIDEO" mail away offer!
There is some light wear to the edges of both forms, but there's no rips or tears. One form has also browned a little, but both forms are still in nice shape. (See pics)
Shipping in the US will be for Flat Rate Priority Mail, or for USPS Ground Advantage.
Payment is expected within 3 days of the end of the auction.
We currently ship once a week, usually on Thursdays. Handling time is currently set at 5 days to reflect this, but depending on when auctions close and when payment is made we often ship much faster. Thanks in advance for your patience!
