Motley Crue "Looks That Kill / Piece Of Your Action" 45 record

The record is in very good condition, showing light wear. The
record
looks very good and the sleeve looks good. There is a small black marker mark on the record label side #2. The sleeve shows wear, creasing, small splits & frays at the bottom seam, & record indentations. The sleeve has a fine split on the bottom. Circular indentations from the record itself are present. This 45
is an extremely rare original Elektra Records Motley Crue

Kill is on Side A and on Piece of Your Action is on Side B of the 45. This rare 45 is signed in silver sharpie by Nikki Sixx on the front sleeve.
