This listing is for one of the oldest pieces of Motley Crue memorabilia in existence. This is the
original
snare drum off of Tommy Lee's drum kit from the beginnings of Motley Crue in 1981 thru 1984's Shout At The Devil Tour.

SUBSEQUENT TOURS FOR "TOO FAST
FOR LOVE" & "SHOUT AT THE DEVIL".

I actually spoke to Tommy about this drum back in July in Cleveland. Tommy said that he indeed took
this
from his high school. If you look closely at the drum, you will see the gold sparkle finish on the drum in areas where the tape didn't cover.
This is 1 of the most significant pieces of Motley Crue memorabilia to ever be offered. There are 1000s of photos of Tommy with this snare drum. This was his snare on the Too Fast For Love and Shout At The Devil recordings! It was at every concert they played from 1981-1984! The history is nothing short of amazing. This is a Hard Rock Cafe or Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame
